Return costs for product changes are your sole responsibility. For convenience and prompt service, however, we can undertake the receipt and payment of your parcel and the charge will be made by us, upon shipment of your new order. The return costs in this way will be only € 10.00. We encourage you to contact us to assist you in any way we can to send the parcel.
According to the law on consumer protection (Law 2251/1994) you have the right to return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
You can return the products you bought in the following cases:
1. If proven wrong products were sold by apennelo.gr
In this case you must contact us by phone or email (via the contact form) to request an immediate change of your product. We will send you the right product the very next day, and when it comes to you you will receive it and deliver it to the courier employee the package with the wrong product (delivery - receipt).
In this case the delivery and collection costs are borne exclusively by apennelo.gr.
2. In case the product is defective.
We make every effort, checking our products before shipment, to avoid such cases. However, in the rare event that a product you purchase proves to be defective you should contact us by phone or via email (via the contact form) to request an immediate change. We will send you the right product the next day, and when it arrives you will receive it and deliver it to the courier employee the package with the wrong product (delivery - receipt).
In this case, too, the delivery and collection costs are borne exclusively by apennelo.gr.
3. In case you changed your mind about your purchase.
If you change your mind about buying one of the products, you can contact us within 14 calendar days by phone or via email (via the contact form) to return it. You can choose another product from our online store (a) of equal value, (b) lower (the difference will be credited to your name for next purchase) or (c) higher value (the difference will be charged).
All products must be returned unattended, with all labels attached and on sale within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. When trying on clothes, make sure that they do not come into contact with anything that may leave a mark or odor, for example perfumes, deodorants, smoke, etc. that these instructions have not been followed.
If you request a refund, the money will appear in your account within 7-10 business days of receiving the refund from us. For your convenience, so that there are no additional bookings from the bank, we recommend that the account you give belongs to a bank: Piraeus Bank or Eurobank.
Replacement or change of the product can only be done if there is availability in the requested product. If the product you want does not exist, the e-shop service department will contact you to offer you additional options.
Therefore, you send us the product, and after we receive it, we will contact you for further information.
In this case, the costs of any shipment are borne exclusively by the customer.
Note: The money that will be returned to you does not include the shipping costs of € 5.00 and cash on delivery € 2.00 for orders that are within Greece.
1. Pack the product in a larger box to avoid any damage during transport.
2. The product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents (Ap. Retail, etc).
